Someone told me they thought Arizona would be USC’s toughest game in the first six contests.
My response: USC might score 60 points against Arizona’s defense (Johnny Nansen).
I suspect going to Arizona State will be tougher than playing Arizona in the Coliseum. There are always surprises during the season but on paper, Arizona has a problematic secondary. The Wildcats took a cornerback transfer from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
A weak secondary against USC’s strength (Caleb Williams and his receiving corps). Sounds like a long game. But we’ll find out soon enough.

It depends on whether the defense has really changed. The offense should be okay and the “line problem” should be ironed out. So it’s all a matter of the defense slowing down or stopping the other team’s scoring. No news here

When i was in grammer/ jr. high, we used to diagram sentences. We got so good at it, that we would take a paragraph and break it down. the diagram would go down about 2-3 feet below the paragraph. I was so blessed to have great English teachers and nuns. You ask a kid to diagram a sentence and he look like a deer in the headlights.
