Nebraska has sold out 306 straight home matches at the Devaney Center. USC will play there next season.

That’s great for Nebraska but let’s not forget that this is about all that Nebraska has. They haven’t had a great football team in awhile nor a great basketball team. It’s pretty much a white town so most of your great black players are not going to want to spend 3-4 years there. It’s not the most exciting town either. What do you do for fun…..take a walk in the corn fields?
Lincoln doesn’t have that much to offer, so it’s understandable that when they do have a great team, people are going to come out to see it. If SC starts winning big, they will start to attract rabid fans too. Maybe not like Lincoln because there is a lot more to do in L.A. But the crazies will come out.
