      1. Day was classic in the game of the day. Just looking into the future Big Opponents they play hard physical defense. So LR we are going need to have a power running game especially if Caleb goes pro. Moss n Nelson must be able to use play action because neither has the magic of Caleb. Be ready all the Big has big hard nosed defenses that will eat up our finesse offense.

      2. I like him when he’s got his Dr. Lou hat on. A lot of the things that he says makes sense to me. But make no mistakes about it. He’s a Trojan hater. He’s the guy that said USC stands for University of Spoiled Children. He was a very good coach but a very hard guy to work under. Don Lindsey used to be a Defensive Co-ordinator for SC back in the 80’s. Then he accepted that job at ND. He was there one year and then he left. He said working under Lou Holtz was the worst year of his life.

  12. 3 takeaways 1) still having communications issues burning a timeout 2) Lack of detail and preparation 3) Mario Williams drops n being to aggressive on defense fumble cost points. Mentally not prepared that is why LR did Luca like that. Players were coasting in practice. NC teams are always mentally tough. We lucked up on this fumble by Branch . Wake up!!!!!!

Offense be more precise n efficient 2) stop throwing drive killer Williams 3) Get the ball to Branch n run more with Jones. 4) Stay in a base defense, stop being overageessive. 5) Stay focused and start stunting RE behind Bear. 6) Sit Cobb n Curtis down put in R. Davis N Lee much better players at this point. 7) Play more press coverage n zone I don’t see no speed burners, too much jumping around before the snap, I’m so over this Grinchy.

    This is an overrated team not playing well in a trap game.

  49. I have never seen such poor game management and ill preparation. Not sure why Lee hasn’t been in the game since he finally started playing well last few weeks. 8 penalties half way through the 3rd. Heltonesk shit. Tackling still sucks and confusion on defense. Lack of focus and execution on offense. Cant block for shit. This is a bad asu team but they have found what sc can’t do and that’s tackle a thumper. Also a couple of our unsuccessful drives have been throw throw throw and they just bring extra bodies when we have been gashing them with the run. WHY!!! This team will loose half of the rest of its games.

    4. no one knows how to wrap a tackle. This is such poor fundaments set up. Defense in general especially the secondary is so fundamentally unsound on tackling and of how to play the receiver and the ball with position and not grabbing. But that’s what you get when a head doesn’t pay attention to defensive fundamentals and leaves it to the position coaches to know. Bad stuff
