Deion Sanders Likes Lincoln Riley (For Now)

Deion Sanders prasied Lincoln Riley today at his press conference.

“I’ve got love, respect and appreciation for everything he’s accomplished,” Sanders said.

Maybe that’s because Riley hasn’t said anything yet to upset Sanders like Oregon coach Dan Lanning did before their game.

Sanders also gave an update on his son, safety Shilo Sanders, who got hurt against Oregon: “We’re praying that he heals and he’s playing this weekend. I’m praying that he can play.”

    1. I have never seen anyone on any blog —sports or political —go so far out of his way to alienate everyone else 24/7. Cowardly Gabby aka TebowObama aka The Guy who posts as So Cal’s Wife & LawyerJohn & Pudly & Plow Horse & steveg49 & DOJ & Scott Wolf and Frank Young and Jack Smith is monetarily motivated as well as psychotic.. And now that she has repeatedly threatened several posters with physical harm the conduct we’re seeing is completely unacceptable.

    Scott Wolf, I would like to point out your lack of professionalism and integrity as a sports journalist. My background is in the IT field and am familiar with WordPress architecture. After ghosting your blog several times something odd came to my attention. A person who often replies under the username “Cowardly Gabby” (too many characters to list the entire name) is replying with “embedded posts” lifted from Twitter accounts. Here’s the problem with that, only the administrator/ owner of this website would have access to “developer t00ls” that could permit these types of posts to come through without being flagged for moderation.

    The person in question is replying with “embedded posts” one after another, often only one to two minutes apart. If I try to post a reply with an “embedded post”, from Twitter, in the comment box it would trigger the “waiting for moderation” dialog. It’s obvious this person’s relies are not being flagged for moderation.

    You have just been exposed for engaging in some really despicable behavior. I will be sure to let the other sites I frequent know the type of behavior taking place here

  3. Deon will not give LR a quote to get his player’s motivated. I know Caleb will have his best game of the season. SC starts the games that will define our season and it’s time for Caleb to show he is the best QB regardless of stats.

      4. MG, Hal9000 the reason that they can’t get open is when you have 5 receivers in a pattern you must have space created by the route or coverage. What LR does is sometime he stacks to many receivers together on the short side. And 2 on the wide side. He will have Rice run slugo Washington run go route. Branch will run a shallow cross, Williams run a square in route hoping Branch will be covered by NB, Singer runs a skinny post from as the outside which takes time. That’s when you see Caleb do his magic n whala TD!!!. Watch against Colorado you will see, I was an OC when I coached pop Warner. A lot times our receivers don’t adjust to the coverage that’s when we get bogged down n have 3 n outs . I would prefer that Williams run a 10 yard out to sideline making where the DB has to cover 2 WR n the safety has to cover the skinny post, that’s how you scheme Singer open because Williams is going to dropee.

      7. MG, also with that 5 WR concept the ball is supposed to come out of Caleb hands in 1.5 -2.0 seconds. If the D is in a Cover 2 then go short routes if they are in a zone then it’s supposed to go to the slugo route because they will be paying attention to the shallow crossing and the square in route that is y Williams can’t catch the ball because is supposed to get past LB n square in before the safety come lays the boom. Sometimes the line doesn’t hold their blocks, n that’s when does Caleb things. Timing sir Timing. That’s why LR needs to run to set up this concept for this particular play. In my playbook this was XYZ23GO!

        will indicate mindset of team being focused not like last week. Eliminate the
        penalties and force 2 or 3 turnovers to make things easier to score.

  6. Scott Wolf likes to focus on dumb stuff like “Sanders likes Riley for now” well his sons attended camps at Oklahoma while he was coaching there and he also spoke to him prior before getting the USC job so maybe they HAVE A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP?

    Any idea who they belong to? Gabby, SoCal, anyone else? If they are not yours, I apologize in advance, just speculating.

    Bad enough the constant back & forth but now seems 10x worse, assuming it’s same participants using numerous accounts.

    Not accusing anybody of aliases, just curious if anybody has a handle on it and can match the alias with original user. Was away from blog for a little bit then came back to, assuming, bogus accounts.

    That is one thing that Riley has not done, give the other team bulletin board material to piss off the other team. I think he genuinly respects the other coaches as well. I believe it will be the same after the game, even if colorado loses again.
