USC Morning Buzz: Things Starting To Happen In One Area

Things have been quiet the past few weeks regarding USC tailback Raleek Brown.

But I’m hearing Brown has been in contact with several colleges, including Pac-12 schools, who are interested in him. So things are hotting up even though it’s been uneventful on the surface.

Brown hasn’t played since the season-opener against San Jose State and wanted tor redshirt to preserve his eligibility.

He would have three years of eligibility at any new school.

  • USC and Colorado should be a high-scoring game. But if you’re looking for a key matchup, look at the Buffaloes’ offensive line vs. the USC defensive line.

Colorado’s offensive line is pretty bad and USC should be able to exploit it, especially if Alex Grinch is blitzing a lot (his one move) like he did against Arizona State.

  • Former USC tight end Michael Trigg is no longer at Mississippi. He had four catches for 65 yards this season.
  • I’m going to talk about actor David McCallum, who passed away this week, on Friday. But here’s an interesting fact about him I couldn’t wait to mention.

      Scott Wolf, I would like to point out your lack of professionalism and integrity as a sports journalist. My background is in the IT field and am familiar with WordPress architecture. After ghosting your blog several times something odd came to my attention. A person who often replies under the username “Cowardly Gabby” (too many characters to list the entire name) is replying with “embedded posts” lifted from Twitter accounts. Here’s the problem with that, only the administrator/ owner of this website would have access to “developer t00ls” that could permit these types of posts to come through without being flagged for moderation.

      The person in question is replying with “embedded posts” one after another, often only one to two minutes apart. If I try to post a reply with an “embedded post”, from Twitter, in the comment box it would trigger the “waiting for moderation” dialog. It’s obvious this person’s replies are not being flagged for moderation.

      You have just been exposed for engaging in some really despicable behavior. I will be sure to let the other sites I frequent know the type of behavior taking place here

And the reason why Caleb is holding the ball he doesn’t want to throw any interceptions. Plus look closely at the WR routes we have two receivers in the same area on the 5 WR set. Williams is not running a square in he just running his own route a 5 yard turn around keeping LB SS in the area where Caleb is supposed throw to Singer going up the sideline

    I had to make a rare Rush-hour trip from the east side of L.A. to the westside, and my heart goes out to the L.A. drivers that have to do that all the time.
