USC Saturday Buzz: Do Transfers Need History Lesson?

I was speaking to a USC coach and the subject of the Trojans’ extremely flat performance against UCLA came up in the conversation.

“I blame some of that on transfer portal guys who didn’t know the USC history,” he said. “USC wasn’t their first choice. They don’t know history of the rivalry.”

  • Former USC TE Michael Trigg, who transferred to Mississippi, is back in the transfer portal.

  2. So Trigg is in the portal. Any chance he can convince his buddy Jaxson Dart to join him? I always liked Dart- big frame, strong arm, and a will to win and I read that he has underperformed at Mississippi State.

        You’re right, the freak is so paranoid he can’t tell who’s who. Just because someone speaks out against this stale political rant, he’s quick to claim it’s a sock puppet. The guy needs some professional help. It’s really weird how he waits until late in the evening and will fire off 20 lame-ass rants all directed at Gabby in less than 30 minutes. It’s like he’s been working on them all night then copying and pasting them one after another.

        He needs to find a hobby or do something productive. The constant stalking is not normal. At 5:00am he’s obsessing over Gabby and Joe up until after 11:00pm, and then he’s back at it at 5:00am the next day. His whole life revolves around this blog……CREEPY!

I walked a little under 3 miles to this kid’s house with 2 pairs of boxing gloves tied over my shoulders —I boxed him for a bit in his backyard and out comes his goofball cop dad saying. “whoa, slow down! Go 70%!” But even that didn’t make him happy …so he tells me to box this other neighbor kid who was watching [who outweighed me by, like, 50 pounds—and I got my ass kicked]. I watched my kid box lots of kids in the yard and I never would dream of doing something like that just cuz my kid was losing.
