USC Notes: Pete Carroll Making Push For South Bay Return

USC had four players make the McDonald’s All-American boys’ and girls’ rosters.

Trent Perry was the lone selection for the boys’ game while Kennedy Smith, Avery Howell and Kayleigh Heckel made the girls’ game.

  • Pete Carroll is making a push for the Chargers job, per ProFootballTalk. Jim Harbaugh remains a strong candidate. The Chargers’ new practice facility will be in El Segundo. You know Carroll likes that.
  • Kliff Kingsbury will interviewing for the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator position according to Peter King.

        The odds are interesting. I’ll be very surprised if Dementia Joe actually runs. He won’t make it through a second term. His voters have to know that a vote for him is a vote for Kamala. Wouldn’t THAT be fun?!
