A Stat To Remember For A Teflon Coach

Isn’t it amazing that when Kliff Kingsbury coached Patrick Mahomes at Texas Tech (2014-16), the Red Raiders were 16-21.

Hasn’t hurt Kingsbury’s coaching career one bit either.

Neither did going 28-37-1 as coach of the Arizona Cardinals.

The Washington Commanders are full of former USC assistants with Kingsbury and now Ken Norton Jr., who is their new linebackers coach.

I’m just surprised Kingsbury’s name didn’t come up in the UCLA coaching search. He’s made of teflon.
