USC Notes: A Blast From The Past

This is funny.

A few years back, a USC assistant coach showed up to a dinner with a four-star recruit with a bunch of bruises and scratches on his face.

“I fell off my bicycle,” the coach told the other coaches and recruit.

About a year later, the coach admitted he had gone to a 7-Eleven, was asked for some change by a homeless person and chose to reply to the person with an expletive.

The homeless person then beat the coach up. And USC didn’t get the recruit. He went to Cal.

  • Where are the Andy Enfield defenders? They’ve disappeared.
  • Caleb Williams is officially not hiring an agent. That’s been reported for awhile, however, so it’s not exactly news. If he goes No. 1, it won’t matter. If he doesn’t, someone will undoubtedly claim he should have hired an agent.

  1. So, the recruit believed coaches at Cal were tougher and would fare better in a street fight with a homeless person. Got it!

    No wonder Riley has seemed so out of his element, his first 2 years here. He didn’t realize that was part of the job and a consequence of having moved to a Demoncrat run state.

  4. Pasadena, I saw your story for the 2 or 3 minutes it was up. No matter what you wrote, she was never going to “eat crow”, as you put it. This is her when facing facts that don’t line up with her version of reality.

      gabbby/he/she/it is an idiot. it does not have any appraisal experience and they are telling me how appraisals work. Yes, I can appraise outside the area of where my license is stated, but it cannot be a federal funding or any type of govt money. I can appraise for inheritance or for divorce, where the person wants to know what the value of the property is. You are right, he/she/it will never admit to anything, however we mostly know that it is a joke.

        The other day, MG basically called him a half-wit, in a direct post, and Slo cal claimed it was a compliment offered to another member. He’s the first 3-speed on the blog, slow, slower, and slowest.

        I just slapped PT around regarding a falsehood and Slo cal trying to claim a victory, being the half-wit that he is, it backfired after my rebuttal. never count your chicks until the eggs hatch…….silly guy!

  6. Andy Enfield has had his worst year ever in his years as a head coach. That does not mean his previous 20 win years were not the best SC has ever had.More than any coach at SC,ever. Guess we will wait to see what is next,he has a few years left on his contract. I am sure he must be thinking what else he can do.

Hey stupid, I can appraise outside the state of CA as long as it is not for lending purposes. I can appraise for inhertiance, divorce, and other purposes where they want to know what the value is. Go take an appraisal class before you tell me how and where to appraise. Take a hike.
