USC Notes: Lincoln Riley Knows When He Will Be In Indy

USC will be at Day 2 of Big Ten media days in Indianapolis. UCLA will be the same day and Jonathan Smith of Michigan State will be there too so it will feel a little bit like Pac-12 media day. Except it will be a lot more big time and with a lot more media.

  • Isaiah Collier was named Pac-12 freshman of the week after scoring 31 points against Washington. JuJu Watkins was named Pac-12 freshman of the week for the 14th time.
  • Former USC offensive line coach Tim Drevno is out at UCLA. Eric Bieniemy is bringing in long-time NFL coach Juan Castillo as Drevno’s replacement.

  1. Drevno was a GREAT o-line coach [once upon a time] —but there’s a reason why Harbaugh told him adios…..

      4. I know you disagree with me on this, So Cal, but Gabby actually does a good job of arguing the dem’s terrible case—I don’t agree with a word of it —but I concede he makes the best points his sorry side can make — but, then, outta nowhere he’ll start with the ca-ca, pee pee baby-talk ….. I don’t exactly know why he shifts to that approach —but, boy, is it obvious when the shift takes place….

      5. Actually, I don’t disagree…with the 5% where she’s actually stating a point. (Though I also disagree, that 5% is argued well. The way Newsom argues his bs; He also does it well.) It’s the other 95% that is incredibly childish the entire blog could do without.

All of her freaky fetishes & incredibly lame insults…especially the ones that have been used more than 100 times.

      6. Smart points —and I like the Newsom comparison. Many of my friends and relatives like Newsom –he’s articulate, charming, attractive. Only problem? He’s wrong on almost all issues. Things have gotten so bad in the big Californian cities you can’t look the other way anymore.

[I bet Newsom promised Biden 100% support in exchange for a federal bailout so his budget looks better to voters in 2028].
