Notes: Late Night With USC

USC now has two 8 p.m. kickoffs against Utah State and Rutgers. I already see some fanboys defending it.

They obviously don’t speak to the rank-and-file fans who hate getting out of the Coliseum at 11:30 p.m. and then having to fight traffic to get home.

Not to mention those who take public transportation, which is often unavailable when the game ends.

But I’ve even seen some fanboys try to defend backing out of the LSU game. I wonder if they will endorse canceling the USC-Notre Dame series too. That’s when you know it’s someone who knows next-to-nothing about USC and tradition.

      Now that we have a verdict, can you tell me what was the secondary crime that he was convicted of.

      Trump was charged with the falsification of business records. A misdemeanor. The statue of limitation ran on that charge so Bragg claimed that the falsification was in furtherance of a felony and therefore the SOL did not apply and he was guilty of 34 separate felonies. What was the secondary crime, the felony?

      The 6th amendment due process right of the Constitution demands that persons charged with a crime are notified of the charges against them before the trial so that they can prepare a defense. Does that right apply to Trump or only those so called liberals who support Biden? Is Trump really the threat to democracy?

      3. Plow Horse, love how the Village Idiot ignored the fat that Bragg & Merchan never spelled out the supposed crime until Merchan gave jury instructions and it wasn’t just one crime. He gave them several they were allowed to consider. Have never seen that done in any other case…waiting until AFTER closing arguments!

        Let the idiots enjoy it. They are scared that Biden can’t beat Trump on a level playing field, so cheating is all they can do.
