USC Morning Buzz: Decommitments Hurt!

If you want to blame USC’s NIL for the decommitments this week, then it was the same NIL promises that caused them to commit in the first place. So nothing to do with Coach Henny?

Can you remember a USC assistant coach putting out a tweet before because of the decommitments? Shaun Noa, the defensive line assistant, just did it this morning.

Did it hurt them this much? Or are they upset about fan backlash?

  1. Hey wolfman…..Coach Henry is looking for you, watch your back. He told your #1 butt-sniff, MG. you’re in his cross-hairs for a good a$$.

  2. If everything pointed to a great year, we wouldn’t have a decommit problem. If Coach Riley were Coach Pete Carrol we wouldn’t have a decommit problem.

    1. In this day & age though, visiting other schools after committing just means they’re out to hear the better ($$$) offer. I don’t blame the collective for passing on opening the Brinks to high school students who as we all know can’t fizzle (see Korey Foreman)

  3. Fox polling shows Biden now up by two points over trump and an 11-point swing in Biden’s favor since the conviction with independents……..That piece of pu$$y is going to cost trump the elections.

Clearly, voters don’t want a convicted felon running the country…….laughing my a$$ off

Wait for it…3-2-1…..the coconut head will say he only accepts polling that works in his favor, all other numbers were paid for and rigged.

  4. Don’t like that tweet where he says “THIS IS STILL USC” (which doesn’t carry as much muscle as in the past) and finishes with a gutter saying, it has the make-up of sour grapes over losing another “commit”

-And the only commits these days are the coaches who should be committed if they depend on these commits

  5. Although this is a good sign for the SC kid the investigation continues and he could be locked up again in the future. He was apparently walking with 2 other companions so that would seem to eliminate his “self defense” claims, and what are they saying about why Gallegos went off and kept stabbing the guy

Predictably, both mothers said “He is a good boy”– Yeah, but not always

  6. Coach ‘Negative’ Nua also said that football was like war and his men were each in his foxhold

No, sorry Coach but I just saw a real war depicted in “Glory” about the 1860s Civil War and how an all-Black regiment for the Union were slaughtered by the ‘Rebs at Ft. Sumter
