USC Notes: Three-Star Lineman Commits

Elijah Vaikona, a three-star offensive lineman from Santa Margarita High School, committed to USC over UCLA and Washington.

At some point, USC needs five-star linemen.

USC is the leader for four-star linebacker Riley Pettijohn of McKinney, Texas. He will announce July 6.

  • Since June 1, Alabama has gotten commitments from Mission Viejo five-star cornerback Dijon Lee and Mater Dei four-star cornerback Chuck McDonald.
  • O.J. Simpson was included in the In Memoriam segment at the BET Awards.

“Simpson’s inclusion seemingly caught many in the audience off guard, and left them unsure how to respond after his face popped up on the screen,” according to Awful Announcing.

Don’t know if your much of a sports fan Gabby, can’t remember the last time you posted anything about sports, but if you look at the film on this guy he is incredibly nimble for a man of this size. Rush ends could not get around him and certainly not through him. Scott should post a link to the video. I think USC picked up a good player.
