An Attractive Doubleheader But Going To Both Could Be Tough

USC women’s basketball has scheduled a high-profile game with Notre Dame on Nov. 23. Both teams are strong candidates to go to the Final Four.

But . . . it’s also the date of the USC-UCLA game at the Rose Bowl.

So if you are planning to go to both games, good luck. Start times have not been announced, of course.

    2. That isn’t a generalization….it’s a fact. Getting force fed by the DEI crowd to believe the WNBA has any viewers beyond their relatives and friends means higher cable-streaming monthly costs….noticed the steadily metastasizing control of all levels of decision making by females everywhere?

    1. No Sparrow. Countries are defined by their borders. Only one party, the Democrats, campaigned on an open border policy. They let in 18 million unvetted illegal immigrants and destroyed America. It was the fulfillment of a campaign promise. Nobody accuses the Republicans of opening the Southern border. Sanctuary cities only exist in Blue states.

      2. OK Sparrow: 10 million confirmed. Then you estimate the get aways. Many say about 8 million. You can argue about the numbers but you can not escape the fact that the President has intentionally ignored the “take care to execute the laws of the country” obligation in the Constitution. Biden is the “threat to Democracy” for ignoring the immigration laws that the legislature passed and the President is constitutionally obligated to enforce. He also ignored the Supreme Court ruling that requires him to get legislative approval to forgive student loan debt.

  5. I know it is meant as a respectful saying, ‘RIP,’ but I always wondered how when someone is dead and hence ‘at peace’ why it’s necessary to say it. Besides, if there is an Afterlife there is no peace as one is immediately catapulted into the next life

      6. Some folks on this site act as though Biden and Trump are roughly equal as presidential choices. They both have their virtues and faults. It’s not true. We could say that about Nixon or Kennedy. We could say that about Gore or Bush. But we can’t say that about Biden — if he only betrayed our country on one front, we could say he’s a screw-up. But he’s betrayed our country on multiple fronts.

      9. What is so amazing about the surgeon general comment is that the show is about current events and the panelist’s outlook on politics. Whoopi and Behar are paid to give informed political opinions. Whoopi receives 8 million per year and Behar 7 million and yet they are not even informed enough to know that Jill Biden is not a medical doctor. ( But she is a helluva good doctor.) A question arises as to what they do to prepare for their show. Do they ever read the paper or watch the news.
