Morning Buzz: USC Picked Sixth In Big Ten

The Big Ten doesn’t do a media preseason poll (thankfully) but Cleveland.com compiled one and USC is predicted to finish sixth, behind even . . . Iowa!

If this is true, it’s going to be a loooong season.

  1. It is a reasonable starting point, Iowa beats up on a lot of football teams, So does wisconsin #7. SC has not proven it self at this point.

They do have a reasonable expectation to finish much higher, but realistically Ohio St is going to dominate this year…most likely. They have a soft schedule except for Mich & Penn St.

    1. Oregon would be in much better shape if they could only bring back some of those extinct Pac 12 refs…..

  2. Itseems Paul Finebaum has found his inner ‘Keith Oberman’ i.e. Oberman’s obsession with former Pres. Trump.

SI columnist is reporting Finebaum bluntly stating Deione Sanders is who USC should replace Riley as head coach..

  3. As long as Uncle Phil Knight is allowed to purchase any player Oregon needs, they will continue at the top. No program has benefitted more from the NIL than Phil’s team. USC had better get their act together if they want to compete with the money school.
