USC Gets Four-Star Commitment

USC has received a commitment from defensive end/linebacker Xavier Griffin of Gainesville, Ga.

He visited Alabama and Florida State in June.

Now comes the hard part: Will his commitment stick? How much does Georgia want him?

  1. there is no hard part to it…today most sell out to the highest bidder…what’s hard to understand about that?

It used to be they went to the school they liked best and would help them earn a million in proball every year or even more…now they earn it in college before they even get on campus…

    1. Colleges have become NFL-lite to be sure, but they still play football and will still be rooted-on by the alums

      1. YUP… I still think it cheapens the overall experience compared to before…I also think the pay of coaches is absolutely ridiculous, and why the cost of attending is ridiculous, can’t even tailgate or picnic without being gouged…so there.

  2. This 2024 Election is now a real horse race with Kamela moving the Independent-Voters from 28% to 46% favorable. Of course her going from VP to possible President may have influenced the Independents.

The Presidency is important stuff, I suppose, but it is so easy to work the 2 parties against each other

  3. Yes, what’s up with Southern California footballers instead of distance-shopping in Georgia where SC has already had a couple defectors
