Four-star cornerback Dominick Kelly from Tampa has decommitted from USC and committed to Georgia.
How many Southern decommitments is that? Four? Five?
And yet people were getting excited over the weekend when Xavier Griffin of Gainesville, Ga., committed to USC.
It’s great to recruit these guys but you have to actually sign some of them too.
