Rai Benjamin dominated the field in the 400-meter hurdles to win the gold medal in Paris, which was USC’s first individual gold at the Olympics.

It was a good day on the track for USC as Andre De Grasse and Aaron Brown won gold for Canada in the 4×100 relay.

De Grasse earned his 7th medal to tie Penny Oleksiak as Canada’s most decorated Olympian.

TeeTee Terry won gold for the USA in the women’s 4×100 relay.

And in men’s volleyball, Micah Christenson won a bronze for the USA.
