USC Botches Hype Video

USC put a lot of work into the hype video for today’s game.

But it has a massive error. They think it was the Trojans who were hiding inside the wooden horse . . . to invade Troy? The Trojans invaded themselves?

    I thought Gabby said a few days back that he was going to the USC marching band pep rally today at the Palms at 2:00 and wanted to “meet up” with Scott. Instead, he spent the day trolling the blog. Once again a threat followed by a no show. That’s our Cowardly Gabby. All talk, no walk.

  2. I found a lot of the USC video stuff the last few years to be silly/awful, but this one is excellent IMO. I don’t interpret this as a Trojan Horse mistake, I would never have thought of that without that comment. The comments on Twitter are generally very positive.

      3. A friend of mine who lives in New Orleans and follows LSU tells me LSU’s main worry is USC’s WRs, particularly Branch’s speed and Duce’s size. They think they can pressure Moss enough that he will only be able to throw short stuff. USC O-line is much bigger than in previous years, they now average around 315. Hopefully the extra 25 pounds is mostly muscle…

    2. The Democrats aren’t hiding their totalitarian ways anymore. They’re openly calling for the arrest of anyone who opposes their tyranny. This weekend Clinton’s former Labor Secretary Robert Reich publicly called for the arrest of Elon Musk.

  6. Miller Moss is a full 0.5 second faster throwing the ball than Caleb Williams was. If the receivers perform as expected it should make for chaos in the LSU secondary and the same for their DC on anticipating the run or aerial.

      1. The time the ball is in Miller’s hands is 0.5 seconds less than the time the ball is in Caleb’s hands. That is different than saying Miller has a quicker release than Caleb.
