USC rose 10 spots in the AP Top 25 poll and is now ranked No. 13 nationally.

USC’s 10-spot leap was the biggest of any team in the poll.

  2. The SEC has 5 teams in the top 9. Hope they don’t end up with 5 in the playoffs. Michigan is too high at 10. They lost 17 starters from last year’s team and their coach. USC should beat them by at least a touchdown.

    I actually think that is too high. They should be around 18. Let them earn the rankings by beating other teams and get a prover track record with this team. If they beat Utah St. and then Michigan, then get them into the top 10.

        I would rather be on the side of caution. I remember Carroll’s years and they went through the roof, however, Carroll was able to justify it with winning a couple of championships. Riley has not won anything yet and he blew the two time outs and he wasted time in the last part of the last half. he needs to learn how to manage the clock. Let’s beat Michigan, Penn St., and Wisconsin and see where they are. Don’t forget the Pagans of ND and Washington.
