A reader who went to the game Saturday complained that a staff member of the football program (not a coach, analyst, etc.) was coming on to the field during timeouts and yelling at the officials.
I’m surprised that Lincoln Riley (and whoever monitors the sideline) allows something like this. It’s pretty bush league.
This is not a defense of the officiating, which has been poor at times this season. It’s about what is appropriate. Riley should be complaining to the refs. D’Anton Lynn should be complaining. Not a wanna-be who has no business doing anything on the sideline.
How do think the refs feel when a clown wearing USC gear starts abusing them that they have no clue who it is?

Wolf, that’s a Jen Cohen problem not a CLR problem.

We should have overcome it but the officiating was terrible. Beyond terrible. Did the officials call a single penalty on PSU?

Three penalties for 25 yards. USC had 5 penalties for 60 yards.

Baseball is unlike other sports because they play almost everyday in Season and which partly explains how the Dodgers can go 9-0 one day and then 0-6 the next day

I hope they go 0-162 and Otani loses every one of his bets 🎲

Dave Roberts has a ton more pressure than the kid, Riley.
Riles has at least 2 more years to right the ship.
Riley is a bit of a gambler based on last couple of weeks time mgt.
If SC wins the last 2, he is boy genius, if he loses he gets taken to the woodshed by former beat writer on a blog.
