Sark Almost Blew Another One

Texas survived in double OT as we finally got a great College Football Playoff game.

I can’t say Steve Sarkisian helped his reputation even with the victory after he blew a 24-8 lead and got a horrible no-targeting call from the replay official at the end of regulation. Plus he obviously had a more talented roster.

At least the South Bay Mafia will be happy.

I’m glad I put Cam Skattebo on my Heisman ballot.

  3. Wolf, a Heisman voter, now that is best joke I have heard so far in 2025.

Was it official or made up like your coaches you speak to in CFB?

Yes, Skataboo is real deal, maybe 5th or 6th round NFL pick. RBs have short shelf life in NFL.

    1. Cowardly Gabby is the worst joke that I have heard so far in 2025 besides the joke that instead of going after ISIS cells roving freely in the United States, every single person in the Senile Joe Deep State DOJ and FBI leadership was instead MANIACALLY OBSESSED with going after pro-lifers, Catholics, parents, Trump, and Trump supporters. Excellent decisions, leaders and you stupid Democrats who supported the Senile Joe Regime.

  4. Sugar Bowl is at 1 pm tomorrow. Just great for west coast viewers!

Should have kept the kickoff time the same as it was scheduled for today!

  5. A question arises, who are the best coaches in college football. Not Lanning after the Rose Bowl. Not Sark who almost lost to an inferior ASU team. Ryan Day can’t beat Michigan. Franklin struggles against top 10 teams. Not Kalen DeBoer.

      1. Not saying Riley is the best or even good. But who would you replace him with. No sure thing at the coaching position like Saban or Urban Meyer.

      2. The new era requires head coaches to have a new skill set, to be able to scout and plug in starters from other colleges to be their quarterbacks now. Rumors are that ND wants the Texas QB for a one year rental. The old days of head coaches like John McKay, John Robinson and Pete Carroll developing talent for 3-5 years are long gone.

    1. Plow,

Day almost beat oregon at oregon. he beat the number 1 team yesterday. Would you conisder the coach from nd a top coach? He does not have a flashy team but he does have a team that plays to his system.
