USC Notes: Some Recruiting Talk

Brayden Miner, the son of USC great Harold Miner, is getting recruited by UC Davis and some Division II schools.

  • Four-star QB Jonas Williams of Frankfort, Ill., is expected to flip from Oregon to USC. He is a Class of 2026 recruit.
  • Did you see this comment from UCLA coach Mick Cronin last night? He’s now blaming the Bruin fans.

“All we’re worried about is our shooting, … Our crowd’s mind is on the wrong stuff. They make it worse. The stress in Pauley is crazy. How about help the guy, cheer for the guy? He’s not trying to miss the free throw. Everyone’s mind is on the wrong stuff.”

        I think this is a huge start for the team considering that they have to play 20 to 50 miles away for a home game. In years past they would be 2-2 or 1-3. They won last night and they are 5-0. They will play Rice this weekend at Rice. They will play competition later. They play Vanderbilt and ugly on the first weekend of March

    1. I met Ed Markey. A Kennedy wannabee. Total POS. His only practical experience in the private sector was operating an ice cream truck in his early twenties. Been in politics his whole adult life – over 50 years. Thinks the biggest issue facing the U.S. is global warming and willing to tank the economy to pursuit it. Hates nuclear energy while maintaining that we are facing an existential threat. Why? Nuclear energy is safe and clean and can be implemented quickly. Europe is now embracing it.

  6. KAM: Preachy Intolerant Democrat Vikings and UCLA punter Chris Kluwe was arrested at a City Council Meeting in Huntington Beach, CA.

    DON: He came to protest against a MAGA sign and called MAGA a “Nazi movement.“ He then called for “civil disobedience” before walking up to the council members where he was arrested. He would be a love connection for Cowardly Gabby!
