USC has designated the Nov. 8 game with Northwestern as Trojan Family Weekend. This is significant because the university will not have family weekend when the football game is on a Friday night.

So that means the Northwestern game should not be a candidate to move to a Friday night.

The assumption within the athletic dept. is that the Michigan State or Iowa games could be moved to a Friday night. Stay tuned.
