USC is taking several cost cutting measures citing federal funding uncertainty, cuts and increased costs.
It is also true that it has been implementing cuts because of last year’s budget deficit.
Among the changes: A hiring freeze, permanent budget reductions for administrative units that were already implemented at the start of the fiscal year and a freeze on capital projects to determine which ones might deferred or paused.
The athletic dept. is lucky it is already far along on its new football facility and baseball stadium.
- Five-star athlete Brandon Arrington of Spring Valley, Calif., will visit USC tomorrow. He recently visited Georgia and will also visit Texas A&M this week.
- Former USC cornerback Maliki Crawford has officially entered the transfer portal. He will have four years of eligibility remaining.

How about selling Frau Folts place in Santa Monica ?
How about cutting foreign students, who probably don’t donate after they leave USC, to like maybe 2 ?

SC can cut at least $100 million by getting rid of the woke and political crap and dei instructors and administration. Sell the Santa Monica House and get the house back in San Marino. Cut off the Greek’s fleecing of SC, and cut back on the president’s salary
