Linebackers coach Rob Ryan told ESPN that USC will be his final coaching job.
“This is it for us,” Ryan said, referring to himself and his wife. “This is our last move until we walk off in the sunset.”
As a perennial skeptic of what coaches say about themselves, a couple points. Ryan hasn’t been an NFL defensive coordinator for 10 years so coming to USC wasn’t a step down. His previous job was “senior defensive assistant” with the Raiders and he didn’t seem to have a lot of prospects.
Now let’s say USC defensive coordinator D’Anton Lynn gets an NFL job as a defensive coordinator and offers Ryan a job? Do you really think Ryan would turn that down and stay at USC to work with a coordinator he might not even know? No way.
You have to take coaches’ comments with a grain of salt. A lot of fans never thought Pete Carroll would leave USC and go back to the NFL.

Over at CNN, Kristen Holmes dubbed Kirk “a controversial figure at times,” adding: “He goes into these various college campuses, uh, pushes conservative issues, gets into back and f—heated back and forth often with these students on these college campuses. But of course, uh, none of that is violent.”
MSNBC’s Kathy Turd, the KO Kid’s former bimbo, reporting on the s h o o t i n g, called Kirk “a divisive figure, um, polarizing, lightning rod, whatever term you wanna use.”She also accused the Trump administration of intending on “using this as a justification for something.”
One guest on MSNBC even bizarrely claimed that Kirk was s h o t by a supporter accidentally. “We don’t know any of the … full details of this yet. We don’t know if this was a supporter shooting their g u n off in celebration or…. So we have no idea about it.”
And, of course, here’s MSNBC blaming Charlie Kirk for getting shot.
“You can’t stop with these awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and then not expect awful actions to take place,” said Matthew Dowd, who was involved in an affair with Maria Shriver, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s wife, while Dowd was working as his good friend Schwarzenegger’s campaign strategist.

Another lie. Whenever a conservative attempts to speak on a college campus there is an attempt by the Marxists to prevent him from doing so. Ben Shapiro, Ann Coulter, Candace Owens, ect. This doesn’t happen to Marxists such as AOC or Bernie Sanders. They are embraced by the leftist school administrators. Now they have assassinated Charlie Kirk who was extremely successful in changing the hearts and minds of young people. His organization, Turning Point, registered hundreds of thousands of Republican voters in the battleground states and helped Trump win the election. That is why he was targeted. What Republican has assassinated an influential Democratic Marxist. None, no equivalency. We had two attempts on Trump’s life and a Marxist gunman opened up on the Republican softball team a few years back severely wounding Steve Scalise. Does this happen to a Democratic Marxist? Nobody shoots at Biden, Clinton, or Obama but Ford, Reagan and Trump were targeted.
