He was touted as the possible No. 3 receiver when he transferred from Boise State. But he caught one pass and played in one game this season.
- Whoever thought this idea? It backfired today when UConn beat USC, 79-51, in women’s basketball.
At least the crowd of 9,035 was respectable.

Back when we used to take our boat to the river, we would try to make it to Ludlow before making our one stop. But the wife often wanted to stop at the Outlets in Barstow on our way home.
Our partying days at the river are long gone and I’m kind of glad. The old dive bar at the Topock marina is now way too commercial for our taste. We could get the same vibe at our local Chile’s!
