  1. Jahkeem Stewart had surgery on a stress fracture in his foot, which he played through the entire season. Still made some freshman All-American teams.

  2. So were missing about half our starters. I suspect TCU is missing many of their key players too. I am fine with watching our younger players get a chance. Like a Spring game only this time Riley will allow the fans to watch it.

    1. I hope we get to see Longstreet play. And I wonder if Reed, the 5th year center from Syracuse, will play center. Maybe they will let a few of the redshirt Freshman lineman play. The reports suggest that are very good.

  3. wolfman, any ‘thoughts on Gentry skipping out on team for bowl game, but agreeing to play in East/West Shrine game???

that’s what SC teaches students: be out for yourself and screw everyone else….aka Reggie Syndrome.

    1. KAM: Texas quarterback Arch Manning will return to school to play in 2026, finally putting to rest questions about his future beyond this season. In a text message to ESPN’s Dave Wilson on Monday night, Arch’s dad, Cooper Manning, said, “Arch is playing football at Texas next year.”

DON: Texas officials told ESPN the full expectation was that Manning would be back next season, even though Manning could have declared for the NFL draft as a redshirt sophomore.

  4. John really nailed it this time: there have been clear gains in the spirituality department since the advent of NIL —- not just for the players…but…. for coaches, fans…. the whole world, really.
