Here is the Big Ten’s response to the MAC saying today requesting that (the NCAA and CFP) recognize Western Michigan as the actual winner of their game vs. Michigan for purposes of their respective rankings, evaluations and selection deliberations.
“The Big Ten stands by the statement released following the conclusion of the Western Michigan at Michigan game and the determination made by the replay officials. We will have no further comment on the matter.”
- USC remains No. 14 in the AP Top 25 poll.
- Cal’s defensive coordinator is former USC linebacker Michael Hutchings and Stanford’s defensive coordinator is former USC cornerback Kris Richard.
- Did it snow at USC today? No, it’s the HBO show “Rooster” which takes place at a small college in New England called Ludlow College.

Apparently the Refs are supposed to use the clock that everyone else sees, not their super duper secret watch.

KAM: I remember in high school that if the clock at the football stadium went out the head referee would keep the time. We wouldn’t know when the game would end.
