USC Keeps Finding Ways To Go Viral

So we started the season with USC being a national story because of the small crowd that braved the unbearable heat at the San Jose State game.

Well, now USC is going viral again for this ridiculous image on the sideline.

Most people have no idea what the juice boxes symbolize but why are players dancing around with them while leading Rutgers by 7 points?

  1. I keep wondering the same thing. They look ridiculous. Must be some ill-conceived gimmick from the strength and conditioning coach. Do you think Nick Saban would allow this?

  2. There is nothing else they could represent other than The Juice!!

As much as I still appreciate how great he was on the field, they are so lame. But in this day & age, I am not surprised.

A lot of people get ahead at their jobs for doing nothing other than kissing the right butts. I’ve seen many who excel at this over the course of my career and I have no doubt it describes the person who thought of the The Juice Box.

    1. You are 0 for 2. They are in Knoxville for the Texas-Tennessee game.

You must be getting your information from the same place Buddha gets his, about OJ having been convicted of murder. 😛

      2. Don’t know the difference between facts and your opinion. You even make things up about me worshipping him. I admire what he did on the field, but that is a far cry from “worshipping”.

As Seinfeld would say, “That’s a shame.”

      3. 0 for 1 was saying they were going to be at our game on Saturday.

The second was this one. Not only are they not in Nashville, but Texas is not playing Vanderbilt. They’re playing Tennessee.

No biggy. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. All that really matters this weekend is USC-Oregon. It’s not the game itself, but that it will be very telling, as to how the second half of the season will go.

    1. Who knows, George? He could be!

Funny, when people try to claim they know for sure that he is not. Any true believer knows better.

  3. KAM: Well, SC’s Juice Boxes’ ceremony is supposed to get the juices going inside of us

DON: It doesn’t fit with the seriousness of the game. You begin thinking of the Trojans as a circus act

  4. wolfman, this whole juicebox thing is pathetic. how bout they break out some giant baby bottles against Oregon? of course it took you, wolfman to point out the obvious shame this casts on SC…the Fanboys, Homers and Company Men could never see it. i also question Lil’ Lord Riley’s staff, are they such kiss ups and sycophants not one could take him aside and say “those things are F-ing stupid!”

      1. KAM: UCLA AD Dan “Chianti” Guerrero banned beloved UCLA Yell Leader Geoff Strand for insulting the Murderous Muslims with his cheer ” “Who does the Taliban not want you to be? Bruins!”

DON: Bill Plaschke of the LA Times wrote that Strand had performed the cheer for several years, and that complaints about it by the DEI loving educrats were why UCLA suspended him for at least two games in October 2012 and forced him out.

      2. That is a really lame cheer. Can’t believe I had never heard that story. But then again, who talks about SUCLA football or anything related to it? 😛

  5. KAM: Speaking of circus acts the Ducks are coming to town and will be bunching around looking for a handout but SC will deny them

DON: You know the Quackers, at first they’ll be hollering-and-whooping it up but then the Trojans stomp them. Well, maybe not ‘stomp’

  6. KAM: Let’s give it another go and keep it ‘vanilla, but I notice none of the 1st stringers go around with a ‘juicebox on their head. It is guys who will never see the field and so this is their chance to get on tv

DON: What about the synchronized cheerleading the scrubs go through?

  7. KAM: So they are highlighting the Texas-Tennessee game over SC-Oregon. I guess West Coast football is not very well known east of the Rockies.

DON: It’s known but not respected. There is just too much unnecessary passing

  10. Scooter,

the entire juice box act is disgusting and embarassing. How can anyone take SC seriously when they are doing this? What a joke. And the Pencil Neck Geek Riley allows this. Tells ya where he is. He is in La La land

  11. DON: Besides, that 2022 Celeb game with Utah was to determine who went to the Playoffs

KAM: And so your argument is, ‘And the Oregon game isn’t

  12. KAM: One consideration of the SC-Oregon battles is the home field advantage. In Oregon’s stadium only the great 2005 SC team has won up there to keep their 3-Peat quest alive

DON: SC’s home field fans are not as loud but the Trojans play better there than on the road
