Has anyone heard from Chad Bowden?

He was narrating hype videos last spring that took shots at Notre Dame and Oregon. Now? Crickets.

Let’s dig back: What about Mike Bohn? What about Brandon Sosna?

They saddled USC with this ridiculous contract for Lincoln Riley. And not once has either taken accountability. Bohn is missing in action and Sosna is hiding deep within the Washington Commanders organization.

That’s a bit different than when Riley got hired and they were seeking pats on the back from every alum and booster in Southern California.

      4. KAM: Joltin’ Joe was an All Star all 13 years of his career, was AL MVP 3 times and won 9 World Series rings….

        DON: That puts Capper to shame, who was an NFL bust after such a great Trojan career.

Haden wasn’t really a bust (certainly not in the “doing well for himself, shall we say” sense) – few thought, as a 5’10 less than average arm strength high IQ QB, he would even have an NFL career (started in the WFL), and he only stuck and got to play because of the Theatre of the Absurd Rams QB Circus (which largely prevented what arguably was the best or equal to any other team of the golden age of the NFL) … he started and won a playoff game in Dallas after the 1976 season in which James Harris led the NFC in passer rating (because ownership had put their thumb on Chuck Knox) … while Ron Jaworski (who had won a playoff game the year before as a backup) stood with Harris on the sideline … then lost the job the next year as they brought in the hollow shell of Joe Namath … got the job back … choked in an NFC championship game … lost the job after getting hurt (the year they finally made and almost won a Super Bowl as a 9-7 team … beating McKay and Bucs along the way) … got it back … and finally … broadcasting … and money raking … and the USC AD position … to include that wonderful sideline episode in the Stanford game …

    Note what Sarkisian stated when asked about the two noting they’d been ‘benched’ but then stated ““Unfortunately, in our society right now, we live in the ‘look at me’ society.     DON: Cowherd believes the issue is cultural, not just that Desman Stephens II moment.

    “USC’s program is a little too casual, a little too sophomoric, a little too high school. You think Curt Cignetti at Indiana’s sideline would’ve looked like that? No,” Cowherd added.

    2. Yeah I heard that this morning around 11:00 a.m….compare that with the So. Carolina head coach, Shane Beamer, who suspended that entitlement clown Dylan Stewart, who still thought he was dealing with his mommie…..

      As Cowherd stated there are 4 top tier coaches currently in college football:
      OH St. Ryan Day
      GA Kirby Smart
      IN Curt Cignetti
      ‘the princess’ Marcus Freeman

      He’s absolutey right with all four picks.

    I listened to the Pencil Neck Geek last night at 6 PM on ESPN 710 AM. His take was that SC just needed to make a few adjustments and they would be fine. he said the crowd noise was great.

    I wrote an email to Jen Taco Lita Cohen saying that the game was disgusting and that she needs to fire the Pencil Neck Geek, Patterson, and herself. I have not received a reply.

    I am hoping fans boycott the rest of the season. Show their concern about the program.

    1. No need to boycott. We have plenty of fickle fans who won’t go, now that the “emperor has no clothes” has been declared. (Just like that infamous debate, when the 4 year cover-up was exposed! LOL)

      Before the NFL came back to LA, we didn’t see as much of a drop off when we weren’t playing well. But now, people have options. We aren’t the only show in town.
