The entire athletics project is still $50 million shy of its stated goal. “I kind of had to say that” Stankiewicz said. USC had its alumni baseball game last weekend. The stands at the new Dedeaux Field did not yet pass inspection, so the boosters who came for the alumni game had to sit down in the bullpen with the porta-potties away from everything.
