Who Wants To Be Athletic Director?
I’m hearing the search firm USC hired to find a new athletic director has been rebuffed by more than a few top-profile candidates, including Alabama A.D. Greg Bryne, who was previously at Arizona, and Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte. The search firm will present candidates who are interested — like Washington State athletic director Pat Chun. One source at Bovard (the USC administation building) … Continue reading Who Wants To Be Athletic Director?

Helton said wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown‘s physicality reminds im of Robert Woods. Helton praised the team’s … Continue reading Sunday Night With Clay Helton

USC could have used Stepp on Friday night. Why did it take a rash of tailback injuries for USC to go to … Continue reading Progress Report: No One Said USC Sucked Wind
We Have An Opening Line For USC-Oregon
Oregon opened a 7-point favorite over USC according to an early line from Las Vegas-based Circa Sports. It is now 6.5 points. That’s more points than I expected but I’m not an oddsmaker. Oregon is ranked No. 7 in the latest AP Top 25 poll. USC received 11 votes. Continue reading We Have An Opening Line For USC-Oregon
USC Morning Buzz: A Top 10 Team Coming to Coliseum?
Oregon needed a field goal as time expired to hold off Washington State on Saturday night and mean USC will likely host a top 10 team at the Coliseum next weekend. Forget about top 10 teams, does the Pac-12 have any good teams? Oregon and QB Justin Herbert mostly looked average in the few times I’ve seen them play. Utah has one loss but looked … Continue reading USC Morning Buzz: A Top 10 Team Coming to Coliseum?
