Surprise, Surprise: Five-Star Guard Who Visited USC Chooses Arkansas
Remember when Kentucky guard D.J. Wagner visited USC a few weeks ago and I questioned if this was just a free trip to L.A. for Wagner? Wagner was/is dating JuJu Watkins so a “visit” to USC sounded a little fishy. Well, Wagner has committed to Arkansas, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. USC Beats Cal To Advance To Pac-12 Championship
USC defeated Cal, 7-4, and advanced to the championship game of the Pac-12 Tournament. The Trojans have won nine straight, which is pretty good for a team that does not have a home field. Right fielder Brayden Dowd went 1 for 4 with 4 RBI. Shortstop Ryan Jackson was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Pitcher Josh Blum pitched two scoreless innings to earn his … Continue reading USC Beats Cal To Advance To Pac-12 Championship
If It’s Friday, It’s Time For A USC Notes Column
USC will play Cal today at 2:30 p.m. in the semifinals of the Pac-12 Baseball Tournament. Stanford and Arizona play in the other semifinal. Oregon State has 19 players in the NCAA softball transfer portal. This follows the decimation of its women’s basketball team, which reached the Elite Eight this season. The Pac-12 really did a number on the Beavers. And now for some history: … Continue reading If It’s Friday, It’s Time For A USC Notes Column
