USC Adds To Board Of Trustees; Will It Affect Notre Dame Rivalry?

USC has added three new members to the Board of Trustees: Bret Johnsen, Wil Smith and Glenn Sonnenberg. One possible positive from all this: Smith, who owns a commercial real estate company, is a big USC football fan. Maybe he can become an advocate for saving the USC-Notre Dame rivalry. USC made a big deal out of hiring Amy Broadhead in a “groundbreaking” role as the first-ever general manager of the women’s basketball program last September.
