USC has added three basketball transfers today: Cal State Northrige forward Keonte Jones; Robert Morris forward Amarion Dickerson and Virginia forward Jacob Cofie. JuJu Watkins was named the U.S. Basketball Writers’ Assn. Player of the Year today. I don’t think I agree with ESPN analyst Rebecca Lobo in the clip below that assumes Watkins will redshirt next season. I think it’s too soon to know. JuJu Watkins tore her ACL in the first quarter of last night’s USC game at the Galen Center, a devastating blow for the Trojans, who advanced to the Sweet 16 with a victory over Mississippi State.
