USC is a No. 1 seed in the NIT and will host UNC-Asheville (21-12), winners of the Big South Conference. Yeah, that game ought to draw a great crowd. How many concession stands will be closed for that game?

The game is Tuesday night at 8 p.m. at the Galen Center and will be on ESPN2.

SC has never won an NIT, the original tourney, or an ncaa…now would be a good time to start. Also help recruiting…they need a big time center, maybe a JUCO one, BIG BODY center like ucla and Ariz get…one that won’t be dominated and push a guy like Metu around….maybe next yr Nick will bulk up, he played his best vs that NC team that won their conference.
