Munir McClain, the younger brother of incoming USC freshman Abdul-Malik McClain, announced today he would also commit to USC. McClain, a wide receiver, is a three-star recruit according to Rivals.com. USC can never have enough receivers.
McClain suffered a knee injury and played just six games last season. He had 19 receptions for 390 yards and four TDs. He is the first recruit for USC from the Class of 2019.
Reminds me of the same situation last year, where we took Greg Johnson’s younger brother’s commitment as a 3 star, but in the end it wasn’t a real offer – just to help him get better offers elsewhere.

Yep, none of these are real offers….

This smells of a package deal to me. But sometimes you need to be creative and make moves like this.
