The Vegas will feature the Pac-12 vs. a Power 5 Conference team, possibly the SEC, according to Brett McMurphy.
The change will take place in 2020 when the Vegas Bowl moves into the new stadium that will be home to the Raiders. It will end the Vegas Bowl’s 19-year relationship with the Mountain West Conference.
The big question is what slot the Vegas Bowl will have with both conferences? Will the Pac-12 keep it at No. 6? Will it be lower with the SEC or Big Ten?
Either way, it’s still going to be a better game.
