A Stat For Lynn Swann

Here is the basketball attendance for Pac-12 schools:

1. Arizona – 13,657

2. Utah – 11,080

3. Arizona State- 9,975

4. Oregon – 8,274

5. UCLA – 7,810

6. Washington – 6,829

7. Colorado – 6,567

8. California – 4,654

9. Oregon State – 4,535

10. Stanford – 3,488

11. USC – 3,084

12. Washington State – 2,039

REACTION: USC basketball attendance is never great. But the athletic director has to be concerned when football has its lowest attendance since 1987 and season-ticket sales are off 45 percent, according to a source. And now basketball is 11th in the Pac-12 with the worst crowd ever at a USC-UCLA game at the Galen Center last weekend.

It’s all simple: What area is Lynn Swann doing a good job as A.D.?

  1. Always glass half empty, Scott — if we just average 405 more attendees per game we could climb all the way up to 10th place in basketball …..

    1. Against what background? Seems like 3,000 is much higher than when I went to school. Seemed in those days volleyball outdrew basketball.
Wow, wonder who’s dropping more, ruins or Trojans… nice story scottie, always with half the facts so you can make your point??

      1. Shazam! Poor poor miserable ruins, and their football attendance is even worse. I’d hat to be owns and have that be the world I live in. Of course there’s always Xanax, and the better living through chemistry mantra preached by the ruin pharmacy…oh wait, are they still on lockdown by the FDA?

      2. Never, ever knock the UCLA Medical School’s lasting contribution to the health of America, Pudly. According to their OWN studies, their super duper experimental cancer pills have knocked the shit out of every single cancer cel they’ve come up against —-[while, somewhat unfortunately, also destroying the digestive systems of patients].

      3. I still love the use of expired active ingredients to make their meds…but then efficacy was not part of their curriculum, pharmacy or classroom.

      4. PUS never eats alone.

        Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is less common than bipolar disorder and is usually first diagnosed in a person’s late teens or early to late 20’s. More men than women receive a diagnosis of schizophrenia, which is characterized by having both hallucinations and delusions. Hallucinations are seeing or hearing things that aren’t there. Delusions are the belief in something that isn’t true. People who have delusions will continue with their delusions even when shown evidence that contradicts the delusion. That’s because, like hallucinations, delusions are “irrational” — the opposite of logic and reason. Since reason doesn’t apply to someone who has a schizophrenic delusion, arguing with it logically gets a person nowhere.

Schizophrenia is also challenging to treat mainly because people with this disorder don’t function as well in society and have difficulty maintaining the treatment regimen. Such treatment usually involves medications and psychotherapy, but can also involve a day program for people who have more severe or treatment-resistant forms of the disorder.

Because of the nature of the symptoms of schizophrenia, people with this disorder often find it difficult to interact with others and conduct normal life activities, such as holding down a job. Many people with schizophrenia go off of treatment (sometimes, for instance, because a hallucination may tell them to do so), and end up homeless.

      5. Well now that you’ve been diagnosed, next step is to get yourself out of the court ordered treatment and into a real facility that deals with the criminally inane!!

I hear that the ruin pharmacy is having a half price sale!!

      6. Pudly —Funny. [I guess my (and Arturo’s) plea for peace and harmony on the site isn’t going anywhere. But this is more fun, no]?

      7. Nah, figured it was easier just not having them than it was trying to figure where he went wrong.

      8. What are the odds that Little Scottie the Snark writes a positive blog about USC’s 80-57 ass-kicking over Arizona. Come on you little schmuck — I know you can do it. 🙂

  2. Michael and Pudly — attendance at the 2018 UCLA-Stanford game was below 40,000. That is a lot of empty seats at the Rose Bowl…

And Pauley holds close to 13,000, so plenty of empty seats there as well.

      1. Hey Poi boy, according to Mr. Wolf, the 2018 Clown U FB attendance @ the Crumbling Mausoleum was off 45% from previous years of choka, choka, choka bozo FB.

There are now just two types of bozo fans: 1) Those not renewing their worthless season tickets, and 2) Those that whine furiously, but fruitlessly about the disintegration of the bozo FB program.

        SUCCX Succs on.

  3. SCooter, and I was anticipating that you were going to write that Swann actually show up to the office other than to collect his paycheck. SCooter, the bit that you wrote does not make any sense. Is the attendance that you are showing for one game? Or is it a season average? If that is the case, which season are you talking about? Please don’t assume what we know what you are writing about. Reminder, when writing, you must explain everything so that he reader will have a full understanding of what you are expressing.

****As usual, PUS can’t quite remove the 5 or 6 of his multiple delusional heads from his kazoo.
