USC Afternoon Notes: Where Do You Park At Games?

Where do you park for football games?

In the above map, the yellow area shows parking . . . which is available for members of the Trojan Athletic Fund. Some areas are also available to the public. One change for 2019 is the Lucas Parking Structure, where Lot 2 used to be, is available for Game Day parking.

  • Sources tell me 710-AM was happy to be released from broadcasting USC games because the station wants to focus on promoting the Rams. USC claims it is not paying KABC-AM (790) to broadcast its games but the deal could not be great given KABC’s status as a ratings non-entity.
  • USC’s No. 1-ranked beach volleyball team was stunned by No. 8 Stetson this morning, 3-1. But the Trojans rebounded to defeat Pepperdine, 3-0, in an elimination match. USC will face Florida State tomorrow at 11 a.m. (PT) on ESPN2.

  1. The L. A. Rams are so lucky they came to town at a time when Swann and Helton were at USC……

  2. Those ‘flush’ Ram fans are going to hit ‘McCourtville’ when that new stadium opens up. As to parking for the Coliseum – it’s always been a chore to figure it out but smart folks park north of the campus and walk down.

As to the snide remark about 710 AM pleased to rid themselves of the Trojans because their focus is on the Rams…we get a new coach and no one is going to pay too much attention to the Rams esp. with Jared Goff at the helm – that was he had this past year.

    1. So ESPN radio dumps Felony U.

And mighty F U’s only recourse is to handoff, for free!, the FB and BB radio broadcast rights to KABC, LA’s lowest rated, cellar-dwelling, loser radio station – LFOL!

      1. Not sure if that’s funnier than 640 running the ruin crap and no one listening. Ruin post game talk show? Yeah right. That’s stupid.

“Oh gutless peckerwood…look not upon our absence from the commode wherein you deposit your truth….we vow to always be there for thee ast thou art truly the most gutless coward in the history of the NCAA and those mnost cover up con job ever!”

  3. When I was a kid my dad parked off campus until the LAPD told him not to leave the car in that neighborhood unless he wanted it stripped. These days my family takes the gold line to the expo- line. Same game less hassles.

  4. Lynn Swann is a disaster, how long is that unqualified Clown 🤡 going to be masquerading as an athletic director? He probably could have gotten away with being a figurehead AD if the Rams stayed in St.Louis, and the Chargers in San Diego, because USC was the only game it town . I wonder if the new President realizes, that Swann’s poor decision making will cost her University over $15 million dollars if Clay Helton is fired at the end of the season ?
