Jack Yary, a three-star tight end from Murrieta Valley, will announce his college choice tomorrow at 7 p.m.
Yary is the son of former USC legend Ron Yary so does Clay Helton really get any credit on this one? I don’t think so because Yary would go to USC whether Helton was there or not.

Wrong again, Scott. It is not true that Ron Yary’s son would go to USC regardless of the name of the coach. All time great Yary said on the day his son was born that he would only play for USC if the coach at the time had the name of the Great Destroyer predicted by Nostradamus: “Helton.”

Ron Yary came to our HS in 93 where my older brother met him and got an autograph. Said he was a really kind man who answered all questions about SC the kids.
