Happy With Kedon Slovis

A former USC player who graduated last year said one of the happiest players is wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.

“He’s really happy with (Kedon) Slovis,” the player said. “Everyone thinks he is JT’s guy because they have always played together. But he’s never pushed for JT to start. He’ll say no one is his guy.”

        Only thing I would say is Urban Meyer would get the best out of JT.
        Helton is fraud who uses god in front of reporters to grow his fan base. He’ll be someones OC after this. Maybe.

    2. I can laugh about it now, but I thought it was a good hire for them at the time. It actually seemed like a fairly impressive move, but clearly USC has the better coach, staff, players and program. I wouldn’t want the team looking too far ahead to that game, but I am. I know coach Helton is a class guy, but I would hope that he understands that we have to set some of that aside when it comes to UCLA. We can show class to Notre Dame, but I’d honestly like to hang a 70 on the bruins this year. This team could do it to that team too. As years go by and people who aren’t born yet are looking at the series history, they’ll appreciate seeing that kind of score. So, you see, it’s really not about me, I want to do it for the children.

      2. I hope no one will hold it against me for reminding the gang that, on the day Chip was hired, I said there was nothing to fear, UCLA made a BIG mistake. Chip’s offense doesn’t fool anybody anymore (he surprised us by running it down our throats —but even that won’t save him this year).

  3. And just think, Thug U aka ruinville, the most cheating college known to mankind plays at 5 P.M. on Saturday against Oklahoma. This game will sink ugly back to the beginning of their program. If recruits are smart, they will stay away and go someplace else. Can you say 0-3. The only problem is, this is nation wide and the rest of the country will gauage the PAC 12 and these losing slobbering idiots. This game should have been played at 9 A.M. so as not to embarrass themselves or the league.

      1. Yeah, you’d figure that UCLA would’ve been able to take advantage of USC’s troubles over the last decade, but not so. UCLA football is a gross underachiever historically and it doesn’t seem that’s going to change anytime soon. There’s really no good excuse I can think of to explain that program’s performance.

  5. I watched St. Brown in the HS Army game. he caught everything near him. In fact he’s probably the reason JT got invited to the party in the first place. If there is a better athlete on the team I cannot guess who it is. As for Slovis I think he spread the ball out more each week including tight ends and running backs. Right now everyone thinks he has “IT” whatever “IT” is he’s showing form and finesse well beyond his star ranking, I hope it lasts.

  6. Scott trying to create drama between JT and Amon Ra. Amon Ra was JT’s go to guy since the 7th grade he is not going to dog him out. I want Kedon to succeed but there is a whole season ahead with teams adjusting to his weaknesses. The USC scum will turn on him in a heartbeat if he struggles.
