Remember when you hear that USC cannot afford coaches or resources for football: The university is spending $35,000 per month to rent Carol Folt a house in Santa Monica.
That works out to $420,000 a year. It seems an extravagant expense to me. But I know USC has the money. Just like it has the money to spend on football if it really wanted to.
Remember: In the past eight years, USC raised as much money (more than $6 billion) as it had during the previous 65 years combined.
