Jordan Addison Enters Transfer Portal But . . .

As expected, Pitt wide receiver Jordan Addison has officially entered the transfer portal.

But ESPN reports Addison a decision is not imminent.

USC remains at the forefront but Addison but ESPN said it is still possible Addison could return to Pitt.

      1. I have all the inside stuff, because Lincoln Riley tells me before the media, just as Clay Helton did after I gave him his Monday morning reach around 🥰

      2. The REAL Pudly has a cute red headed niece at his side –why would he waste time with Helton…?

  1. Note to hard hitting ESPN editors–
….It is also “possible” that Jordan will announce he’s going to compete as a woman in NCAA swimming meets…

    1. oneway — 100%! It’s already been communicated to Addison that we’ll top all offers — let everybody take their best shot… we get him in the end and nobody can bitch about it….

  2. To quote Yogi Berra “It’s Deja Vu all over again.” If the press wasn’t so interested in their own ratings and being first, the ongoing chaos would not be in place. I think Naduzzi has been enjoying his 15 minutes of fame and doesn’t mind looking like a whining old man unable to adapt to changes.

    1. Gabby,
      Sad but True Department:
The wealthiest people I know [the ones with the biggest houses and art collections and fanciest cars] are now taking advantage of every freebie the government makes available —free cell phones, free food, free medical. Under Biden, no one’s checking..

      1. So true MG
Amazing how many well healed families received the Child Tax Credit and other stimulus payments. The PPP was probably the largest handout in US history. We all will be paying for it through higher inflation etc. I heard that the President and his progressives actually think the college loan forgiveness will stimulate the economy. It will only stimulate stagflation for years to come. The real criminals in the student loan crisis are the universities raising tuition the last 50 years well above inflation (USC being a main culprit)!

      2. As John Taffer pointed out last night on Gutfeld…over the last couple of decades, they’ve just watched their endowments grow & grow!

      3. Interesting! …. you make a great point. In 2020, the orange Cheeto used socialism to save capitalism, Which is known as the biggest money grab in the history of this country.

He did issue PPP and stimulus payments. He started this mess and the Dems have run it into the ground. That socialism didn’t save anything, but it created stagflation we are currently in and a horrible mess that we are headed toward. Once again proving socialism NEVER works. It’s immoral, people getting paid to stay home and do nothing, taking from those who do.

  3. We should all expect “UNCLE GREEN PHIL KNIGHT” TO OPEN UP HIS POCKET BOOK AGAIN to make Addison an Oregon Duckee, and I would also expect Alabama to enter the picture. USC is not the only school with money, and should be focused more on inside linebackers, and linemen on both sides of the ball. We are 8 deep at wide receiver, and don’t forget Gary Bryant who is an excellent receiver.

    1. True — but I think we should guarantee Jordan a billion —just to make a point…

    1. He also advocated against school busing and “There was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools and she was bused to school every day. And that little girl was [Kamala].”

That seemed to really infuriate her during the debates. Odd that it didn’t bother her so much, when he asked her to be his running-mate.

      1. Best Kamala debate line of all (unfortunately, very underreported)..
“…. And that little girl went on to sleep with a man 13x her age named Willie Brown …she did it for a good cause….the best cause imaginable….her own self aggrandizement.”

      2. So Cal and Michael,

What the heck does she have to complain about? She got a free ride on the bus. They should have made her walk like kids that go to Catholic or private schools. Knock out the bus companies delivering kids to schools.

        Also,

Michael, I like how you had $6.66 for the shirt. That is the devils number without the decimal point. Smart. I wonder if she she still has her knee pads when she was with Willie?

  4. They don’t really need anymore receivers but it would be nice to get him in the sense that it will really help recruiting just as getting Conerly would have helped.

  5. The coverage of this story by national media parroting accusations of USC tampering without a shred of evidence is just like what political news media does to conservatives. Whorishly unprofessional.đź’‹

      1. I don’t think so. President Flo prefers to luxuriate in Santa Monica and tweet about “women’s reproductive rights.”

    1. The news media, including sports news(especially ESPN which is to the left of Karl Marx) is no longer fair and balanced. This is no longer the Jack Webb media(“only the facts, mam”). They have no problem with using the “noble lie”. The ends justify the means. Today it’s very Machiavelian. Whatever it takes to get to their “glorious” ends is justified. And if people are hurt in the process, that is considered “collateral damage”……necessary to reach their “utopia”. The old system must be torn down in order to rebuild a new system of their choice. The problem is, these guys are really good at tearing down and not very good at rebuilding.

      1. No they are not fair & balanced. They covered up the Biden Family International Slush Fund very well before the election. Those of us who were paying attention knew about it.

But 17% of Dementia Joe’s voters say they would have changed their vote, if they had known about it. Russia & China’s media is no worse than ours.

      1. 548 probably the Pitt value and not USC. Having said that, only a handful of guys currently getting as much as 548.

  6. What is to say Addison is not interested in coming to USC but only to use USC to get a bigger package from PITT?

Look at SC linebacker Elijah Winston. He sees all these new recruits being offered big packages and the only way to get in on it is to enter the portal??

    1. If we’re talking about a thing called “money” …I’m not too worried about Pitt coming up with a bigger package than USC….

  7. Who knows the truth about these deadlines? I thought this guy had to enter the portal by May 1 and make a decision on the same day. But everybody still seems to think he’s able to transfer. What is the date he has to make a decision?
