USC guard Boogie Ellis did not turn pro but he is playing with LeBron James today in the Drew League.

    1. Thought of you today, GT. Bought a couple of Mammoth Tirebiter toys for our guard dogs at Walmart. One of them really loves to chew on rubber.

      P.S. It is the wild, wild west out there. The guy who fatally stabbed the NASCAR driver at the Westminster gas station the other day got into a shootout with the coppers today. Fortunately, he won’t be using up anymore good oxygen.

      2. Yes, a lot of people are messed up in the head. Not a day goes by we don’t hear another story.

        The ones that are really crazy are the ones at fast food places where workers are attacked for not giving someone enough ketchup or their order taking too long. That’s as childish as someone on a blog suggesting someone else meet up with them, because they made them cry with something they posted! They all need serious professional help.

  5. James did not even look at Boogie, so I think he felt he was simply cleaning up Boogie’s brick. But I am glad to see him practicing.

    Hard to believe there are so many anti-Dodgers on this blog. Betts, Freddie and the Turner boys are class acts. One can be an Angels’ and Dodger’s fan at the same time (except when they infrequently play each other).

    Oh well, you have missed out on a lot of baseball fun thru the decades, and 2022 could be magical if L.A. can get by both New York clubs.

    I cannot find it anywhere. Anybody know when Fall practice begins?– I would guess it would be 2-weeks from Saturday on August 6, but maybe it is August 13
