    The Pagans of nd would not allow SC to wear their home uniform back at that cow pasture called nd stadium. Time to hate again. That is easy. I had teammates of mine play at nd. i call them traitors. I saw Tommy Hawkins at Loyola because his son went to Loyola. I always wondered why the Jesuits would allow a Holy Cross dude at Loyola. How many games would SC win if the refs didnt pull for nd? After Obuma nutred nd by telling them to cover the Cross, they can stick it in their ear. Go SC, Fight On and beat the nutred irish.

  7. SoCallDay Michigan just made a statement for us. With that beatdown now the Committee cannot consider Ohio St after losing like they did at home. CJ Stroud just lost his Heisman chances with that int at the end. I have not been impressed with Ohio St, I’m glad this talk about CFP is exciting as much who wins recruiting NATTY every year. Ditto Texas AM. All we have to do today is simply, playing with controlled dysfunctional communication at the LOS on defense presnap, must clear that up today enough is enough. LR Grinch let’s get that down are the signals from the sidelines coming at the last minute of the play clock.

    1. I think that the Heisman is Calebs to lose. Stroud didn’t have a great game. He threw 2 interceptions and had a clear fumble(which the officials ignored even after they showed it on the replay) and his team got killed in their own stadium. I have a hard time believing that Caleb won’t take hold of the gift that has been handed him but we’ll see.

After signing a 95$ million 10 year contract extension last year. For that 11-2 season. His karma is coming next year. The worst contract for head coaches in college period other then clueless clay Helton at USC.

  50. Have to say the Irish QB Drew Pyne was a heck of a lot better than I thought he was capable of being.

    Marcus Freeman learned a lot tonight and next year’s game in So. Bend will have Caleb Williams facing them again.

    So. Bend Tribune noted the reactions of the Irish players as they entered the Coliseum – the pyrotechnics, the sound of the stadium, the ever metastasizing crowd and were overheard to be saying they’d never seen a stadium and a crowd like the Coliseum tonight.

    When both USC and Notre Dame are good college football is good and televising this game nationally in prime time with no other game but THIS game speaks volumes of how rare it is to still have this rivalry have such deep relevance.

    Thank you Irish for getting us ready for Allegiant this coming Friday evening.

    1. Huge Trojans fan, but I played high school football with Drew Pyne’s dad, so I was rooting for him to have good game. Thrilled, of course, that USC won and looked pretty good doing it. I’m confident we’ll take down Utah or Oregon. Bring ‘em on. Once we make the CFP, however, we’re going to have to cut down on the penalties and silly mistakes. Too many of those the last couple of weeks.

        ‘If’ USC defeats (UT/OR) this Friday and all win then we’re off to Tempe to face MI in the Fiesta Bowl for a great News Year Eve and imagine if come Monday 9th January there we are facing GA at SOFI……it can happen but the need right now is defeat UT/OR this coming Friday night

You and I get after each other a little bit rusoviet but I am on board with your comments about Pyne except I had expected him to be good and if the kid had not fumbled when the Irish were driving to close to 3 that game may have turned out differently although I don’t know with ‘Celeb’ this team is hard to beat, and
      I agree and love how SC-Notre Dame is again relevant and is The country’s rival-game

      P.S.– TCU at No. 3 plays Kansas St next week and in their first game it could have gone either way so if SC takes care of business they could be No. 3 playing Michigan with Alabama moving up to No. 4 and dueling Georgia. I would rather play Michigan in the semi-finals than Georgia.

      2. LJ you know the Committee is going to look at everything that took place this weekend. They will make Michigan 1. based on how they made Ohio St look like the overrated team they where. 2. Georgia, because they cannot put USC or TCU over them based on SOS, SEC will always be given the nod by the Committee, and their defending champion with no loss. 3. TCU, their undefeated and they are this year’s glass slipper story in college football 4. USC based off our strong performance against the run and our QB is the best in the country hands down. Everyone on this blog thought I was crazy stating this was going to be a magical season, now we are one win from continuing our season. I believed in LR, now I’m starting to like Grinch a little bit more. Fight On .
