It’s a no won situation for USC when it comes to Scott’s interpretation of football recruiting. Most if not all scholarships have been taken and the offense is loaded, but if this guy goes elsewhere Scott will be all over how we lost out. If this guy chooses USC, another player has to go, and Scott will be all over how USC forced out a kid to make room.
It’s like telling your garden needs bull fertilizer, but when you spread it he says it stinks like fanboys

He contradicts himself frequently and can be a real fishwife. For example, USC basketball only get criticism but never accolades from this “alum.” He defends bad Referees because one was a classmate. Deuce has a chance to be drafted in the first two rounds of baseball. More than what he will get from NIL. He can also walk on to a college and play both sports in college or minors then football in off-season.
I’m not a reporter and found that information easily. Kinda wonders why Wolf not really presenting a full picture.

I never get tired of that clip of the 2003 Auburn game where they were the pre-season No. 1 and SC had a new untested quarterback by the name of Matt Leinart who makes a name for himself starting with this game, which I was fortunate to attend in Auburn, Alabama, and the lesson I learned about sports-fans is the Auburn fanatics were beside themselves before the game–parades-charades-hand-grenades if they allowed them were prevalent before the game began, but then SC intercepted a pass on the very first play, scored a quick touchdown, and had that Auburn-crowed booing, yes booing their team at the end.
Lesson learned– if you want to taste ‘class’ do not become a sports fan

Mainly true, John —but I’ve seen fans give generous applause to fallen players from the opposing team as they come off the field…and I’ve seen fans cheer acts of sportsmanship [just saw a player at Australian Open slow down serve after opposing player took bad fall —crowd responded enthusiastically]…..
