  1. Can any Trojan fan envision Enfield getting the men’s team into that game? The Pac12 CCG? Well shortly it won’t matter but does anyone really believe Enfield will ever do more than he did 2 years ago?

    Some coaches/managers are good solid regular season but when it comes to tournament/playoff time – can’t prepare their players for what it takes to ascend to greatness.

      1. How many seasons has Enfield recruited a top tier player? Lately it seems every year but somehow someway nothing ever materializes for USC men’s basketball.

        As for you ‘Tire eater’ you sound like a Bruin fan gleeful after Tulane’s defeat of Troy in this year’s Cotton Bowl

        10 years Enfield’s been the head men’s basketball coach = time to produce or find a new head coach

      2. TIREDBUMMER, that 40% of UCLA’s first 5 were injured and on the bench for UCLA’s 2 point loss, isn’t an excuse, it’s a FACT.

        UCLA didn’t lose “BUMMSTER” because of the injury fact; we lost because we launched a last second 3 point brick for the Championship…pure and simple. That’s hardly an excuse; it’s a FACT.

        BUMMSTER I do wish you’d quit hiding behind your intellectual capacity of two-week old roadkill. Your mouth is willing but your brain isn’t.

    The unruly fan purportedly said “let’s meet up” and accused the 81 year old of having no balls. When interviewed later, the fan said that he would slap Cronin’s dad around like a pinata. The man left before police arrived. He said he had to go back to Las Vegas and service his goats.

  5. Have a little compassion guys (and gals) it’s basketball; the only thing Ucla has going for it.
    So the refs blew a few calls what else is new? I heard a theory that USC, confident of their place in the NCAA tournament staged a slow down so they could rest before the big dance. Do I believe it? I believe the refs screwed Ucla, but I can’t help but think it happened to help Ucla in the tournament.

  7. I totally forgot the PAC 12 angle those dirty rats don’t like USC moving on, so they screwed them with the refs. Oh wait that was football I guess the same could be said for Ucla basketball. But when it happened to SC, it was just an excuse for SC losing a game. When it happens to Ucla the Kommisssioner gets an earful. Roughing the passer/ offensive foul, what’s the difference? About $100 million in TV revenue. Can we just leave early I’ve seen this movie it’s pointless.

        although the past 3-Pandemic years I have not gone to any theatres except one when I was the only patron in the auditorium.

      3. Academy Awards? Who is throwing out the first slap? I saw a comedy special, where the slappee was talking about the slapper. He said, “I used to go to Will Smith movies to root for him, but I went to see Emancipation just see him get whipped.”
        About thirty five years ago “movie stars” started laying it on too thick.It was as if, because they could remember what to say in a scene their opinion mattered. I haven’t watched any awards show since I realized this.

  11. The ref that mad that call against Amari Bailey should be investigated by the FBI for gambling debts. There was simply no offensive foul there. As far as the Pac-12 having bad refs…..how can that be? Just ask Bill Walton…..we’re talking about the Conference of Champions!!! Can the Conference of Champions possibly have bad refs?

  12. No one cares. It’s tournament time. Arizona won last year. Owns, Clark is hurt. Season is over just like USC season was over after Dye got hurt. Karma went to USC. Get ready for that Oral Roberts moment.
