Asian students who are more qualified may have suffered from this policy but the data isn’t conclusive.
Ironically, black football players may suffer from this policy because so many football players come from poor academic backgrounds and if a civil rights organization sues based on discrimination for non-athletes not having the same consideration as the athletes, it will be another case of an activist judicial branch doing more harm than good. For you slow people out there, the same court that struck down affirmative action programs in colleges just declared that businesses must make accommodations for employees with religious activities.
